Options

Sponsorship Strategist Mentoring Program

  • Unlimited access to Gail Bower by phone for 6 months. Use to discuss specific questions, clarify ideas and strategies, improve your negotiating confidence, or to talk through a proposal or activation idea.

  • Unlimited email access for 6 months. Email questions, ideas, or thoughts; documents to review, such as letters, sponsorship materials, or proposals; or updates on your progress.

6 months of remote access. The payment of the $2000 fee secures the time and access.The Mentoring may be placed on hold for increments of 30 days or longer, allowing you to focus on what you’ve learned, preserving the access, and restarting when best for you.

 

Situational Coaching

Level One Coaching

When you need advice and input from an expert— feedback on a brochure, a sponsorship opportunity, a publicity idea, or even a critical impasse in a sponsorship negotiation.

One person will have access to Gail Bower during one 5-day period directly through:

  • Up to 30 minutes by phone, scheduled in advance,
  • Up to 3 email messages.

The payment of the fee of $250 secures the time and access during normal business hours. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

 

Level Two Coaching

Support for a single issue for one individual for 30 days and allowing more personal and in-depth assistance through:

  • Unlimited telephone meetings, scheduled in advance,
  • Unlimited email messages.

Discounts apply when two or more Level Two Coaching Sessions are secured at the same time.

The payment of the fee of $1000 secures the time and access during normal business hours. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

 

Retainer Arrangements

Serving as the Chief Executive of a nonprofit organization, with all its rewards, can be isolating when you need trusted guidance. Having peer-level support with Gail Bower serving as a sounding board will help you:

  • Talk through delicate or confidential matters.

  • Verify the soundness of your strategy or approach.

  • Review your progress and hold you accountable.

  • Receive feedback on a critical issue related to the visibility, strategy, and sustainability of your organization.

Because of the individualized nature of our work together and what access is best for you, let’s discuss your needs together to determine the appropriate structure and fees.

 

 

Access is during normal business hours (Mon. through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST) and is secured once full payment is received. All calls, except those scheduled, will be returned within 24 hours.
